OTREC Proposal Information
OTREC issues an annual Request for Proposal (RFP) in January. Only researchers affiliated with one of our partner institutions (Portland State University, University of Oregon, Oregon State University, or Oregon Institute of Technology) are eligible to respond. All proposals submitted require 100 percent match either in-kind or cash.

| March 31 | Semi-annual progress reports due |
| April 9 | 2010-2011 Proposals Due 5:00 p.m. PST; Peer-review process begins |
| April 30 | Quarterly invoices due from PIs/partner universities (for March end) |
| Mid June | Project selections announced |
| August 15 | Quarterly invoices due from PIs/partner universities (for June end) |
| August 24 | Deadline for PIs to submit no-cost extension request forms to their university research office |
| August 31 | Deadline for OTREC to receive no-cost extensions from partner universities (Draft final reports due from PIs for projects not extended. Review process is 2 months) |
| September 30 | End of OTREC Budget Year |
| October 1 | Projects Begin |
