Dustin Hirata is a senior at Oregon Tech in Klamath Falls pursuing a B.S. in Software Engineering Technology and a minor in mathematics. A love for technology and software guided Dustin to his current studies, and co-creation of the Ultimate Traffic Count application. OTREC has recognized him as a scholar for his work on this application.
