Kyler attends Oregon Tech as a senior and is pursuing a dual B.S. in Software Engineering Technology and Embedded Engineering Technology. A lifelong desire to do something with computers led Kyler to OIT and to his work on the Ultimate Traffic Count application. OTREC has recognized him as a scholar for his work on this application.
