General RFP: You will need an account to submit an abstract/proposal. If you do not have an existing account, please create one. If you have forgotten your log-in details, please select "Forgot Password" below. Once you submit a proposal, it will be added to your user account. To make changes to an existing proposal log in at http://theotrec.org/main/login.php You will be able to update any information the next time you log in. Full proposals are due 5:00 pm (Pacific Time) on October 7, 2013.
